Working with Kenneth Davis has been was one of the best experiences working with an architect and interior designer. We decided to renovate our entire 4,000 sf. After living in it for approximately 20 years. It became dated and we had out grown the décor. We also out grew the space therefore we contemplated an addition. Upon meeting Kenneth and Davis, we brought to the table our list of concerns and they prepared preliminary drawings for the addition, re-configuring various spaces to meet our needs. We also added a substantial addition of approximately 3000 sf. The project team was a success for a number of reasons, the design process was a collaboration of our ideas and their expertise. They listen and then ran with the project. The estimates for the project came in as discussed, with minor tweaking. The subcontractors showed up as scheduled and were respectful of our property. The furniture, lighting, and accessories selected by them were well appointed reflecting the scale of the room and the level of detail that is Kenneth/Davis. Kenneth and Davis coordinated all efforts and there was great communication between them, contractors and us. They were mindful of our time frame and their expertise assisted us. I would recommend Kenneth Davis to anyone looking for a true professional who loves what they do.

I can say, without hesitation, that Kenneth & Davis are the most talented interior designers out there. I have worked with 2 other interior designers, and there's simply no comparison.
I moved into a very large (8000 sq ft), empty house in 2013 and felt completely overwhelmed. I interviewed 3 different interior design teams and was most impressed with Kenneth & Davis. We started with 3 rooms and kept adding rooms over the course of a year or so because their work was so amazing. We finished the last room in May 2014 and now my house is completely furnished and accessorized and I love it! They understood my taste and vision and made it come alive. I also learned a lot from them with respect to scale, texture, color, etc.

Hiring Kenneth/Davis was the best decision! Their approach to my project was extremely professional. We met several times to discuss different design ideas to find which decorating style I was most comfortable. Than I was shown two designs for each room and/or space which included oriental rugs, wall coverings, window treatments, chandeliers, wall sconces, mirrors,and all furniture. Next I was presented with a number of options for each item in the design which both designers, giving the pros and cons of each, helped me make my selections. I marveled at Kenneth/Davis wonderful sense of color and clever approach to the design and furniture placement of each room. They decorated my home to reflect my taste. I am extremely happy with the results! My home is not only beautiful but it is warm and inviting for my family and all who visit.

The team of Kenneth/Davis was the best hire I ever made in remodeling and redecorating my homes. I've owned several homes and have dealt with a minimum of 10 Architectural and Interior Design firms while either building a new home or remodeling an existing one.
The project I hired K/D Inc. for was a complete remodel and decoration of a 10,000 square foot home.
K/D was a firm that presented unique and very exciting concepts. Their knowledge of all things architectural and design was excellent and completely current. What I noticed was their attention to all details, which gave me a comfortable feeling that my project was in the right hands. They turned my project around within the time frame we all agreed upon. But most importantly, they lived and performed within the original budget, no cost overruns,….simply amazing in today's business climate.
I cannot say enough about these two gentlemen. Their knowledge, professionalism, their courtesies, all beyond reproach. I WILL hire them again. My project was fun (and I've had some that were nightmares) and a real joy thanks to them.
